About Us
When Belgian chef Xavier came to Richmond, Virginia to open a restaurant, little did he know he’d meet his match in his meticulous and spunky Southern sous chef, Hannah.
Now the husband and wife team sandwich together their European roots, Southern charm and premium ice cream between freshly baked chewy cookies.

Absolutely a different kind of ice cream sandwich. Just Delicious.

I sent to a friend recovering from surgery and it was a HUGE HIT! Every flavor was apparently amazing. As a side note, I had a personal snag with shipping and the company was fantastic with fixing things for me.

The cookie: very nice - it was soft but not crumbly with a nice delicate flavor that was just sweet enough.
Strawberry Shortcake ice cream: I didn't taste much strawberry flavor or flavor of any kind with the ice cream.
Banana Pudding ice cream: tasted literally like frozen bananas. The ice cream texture also seemed a bit too gummy.
